Need some help locating a particular service or product related to the call centre industry? Don't forget the ATA website has its Members/Vendors Directory - ‘click here for Members Directory’
Through this page you can access various products and services offered by ATA members, simply key in a key word and hit ‘go’ to search those members who have elected to provide a profile.
If you want to be on this directory, simply log on with you member number and create your profile. If you have already got your profile up there, it is worth checking it is up to date.
VENDORS – now’s the time to put a profile of your company and the product/services you supply on this site and you can enter and update it as required.
Simply go to ‘members’ – ‘my profile’ – ‘update details’ – scroll down to ‘include in directory’ and select ‘yes’ – complete the directory description of your product/service, confirm the changes and you’re away! You will need your membership number for access to this site – email ata@ata.asn.au if you are unsure of your number.
PRACTITIONERS – by using this industry listing not only will you easily be able to identify organizations that can service your needs but you will also be supporting fellow ATA members.
