It is a not for profit organisation whose primary role is to promote the growth and professionalism of the Asia Pacific Call Centre Industry. The ATA provides a forum that facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences, solutions, and enables call centre professionals to interact and network with their peers and industry leaders at local, national and international functions. Membership of the ATA is available in the following categories Individual MemberIndividual persons or sole traders will be entitled to receive all membership benefits and discounts. Membership is not transferable, membership and voting rights apply only to the individual named as member.
