Membership details and benefits

The ATA is the peak industry body for the call centre industry in Australia. It is a not for profit organisation whose primary role is to promote the growth and professionalism of the Asia Pacific Call Centre Industry. The ATA provides a forum that facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences, solutions, and enables call centre professionals to interact and network with their peers and industry leaders at local, national and international functions.

Membership of the ATA is available in the following categories

Individual Member

Individual persons or sole traders will be entitled to receive all membership benefits and discounts. Membership is not transferable, membership and voting rights apply only to the individual named as member.

Annual subscription - $245.00 (Price includes 10% GST)
(NB: Companies cannot join under this category)

Category 1 - Corporate Member

Organisations with less than 50 employees (including full-time, part time, casual or engaged under contract for services) and having telemarketing, call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in only 1 location.

Each organisation will be entitled to specify nominees to receive all member communication.
All contact centre employees will receive the benefit of membership discounts.

Annual subscription - $610.00 (Price includes 10% GST)

Category 2 - State Corporate Member

Organisations with 50 or more employees (including full-time, part time, casual or engaged under contract for services) and having telemarketing, call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in only 1 location.

Or

Organisations with less than 50 employees (including full-time, part time, casual or engaged under contract for services) and having telemarketing , call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in 2 locations.

Annual subscription - $1215.00 (Price includes 10% GST)

Category 3 - National Corporate Member

Organisations having telemarketing, call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in up to 5 locations.

Each organisation will be entitled to specify nominees at each location to receive all member communication.
All contact centre employees will receive the benefit of membership discounts.

Annual subscription - $2425.00 (Price includes 10% GST)

Category 4 ? Multiple Sites Corporate Member (< 10 locations)

Organisations having telemarketing, call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in more than 5 locations but less than 10 across Australia.

All contact centre employees will receive the benefit of membership discounts.

Annual subscription - $6065.00 (Price includes 10% GST)

Category 5 ? Multiple Sites Corporate Member (> 10 locations)

Organisations having telemarketing, call centre operations or offices (if vendors) in more than 10 across Australia.

All contact centre employees will receive the benefit of membership discounts.

Annual subscription - $6065.00 for 10 locations and an additional $485.00 for each location > 10. (Price includes 10% GST)
