AWARDS NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Applications

All nominations must be made on the relevant template

Application fees and feedback fee (if applicable) must be attached to the completed application form

No refunds of fees will apply.

Applicants must be based in Australia, nominated Contact Centres must be units of a State or National corporate member of the ATA, nominated Champions, Teleprofessionals, Team Leaders, Centre Managers must be employees of a State or National corporate member of the ATA or hold individual membership.

Applications may be received across multiple categories for centres providing they meet the various criteria; multiple applications are not applicable for individuals. Individuals who have changed roles should nominate in the category that they held for the majority of the previous 12months.

The ATA reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the terms and conditions.

Closing date for the receipt of ON-LINE QUESTIONNAIRES will be 5.00pm EST on Wednesday 31st March 2010. NO EXTENSION WILL BE PROVIDED ON THIS DATE
Judging
-
Members of the Judging panel shall also act as a selection panel to consider submissions. The decision of the Judges in relation to the selection criteria, on the selection process, or the identity of the winners or on any other matters relating to these Awards, shall be final.

A feedback report for centres only is provided at no additional cost.

Feedback reports are available for individuals on request for $55 (incl GST)

The identities of the State winners will be announced at events to be held in each State and/or as a contingency, the identity of the winners of the Awards will be communicated to the membership of the ATA.

The ATA reserves the right to make no award in any category if the judges are not satisfied with the standard or quality of entries received.

For all categories the ATA reserves the right to shortlist nominations for progression to the interview and site visit stage of the judging process.

Certificates will be awarded to all State and National finalists, trophies will be awarded to all State and National winners.
The winners of the 2010 State awards shall be eligible for consideration in the National titles presently scheduled for Queensland during September 2010. Interstate finalists will be flown to the National Awards on the day of the event and will receive accommodation for that night. They will be returned to their respective ports of origin the following day. Carriers and accommodation will be selected at the discretion of the ATA.

How to Enter

Ensure that you are a current member of the ATA (company or individual)

Familiarise yourself with the conditions of entry

Download a copy of the Awards Nomination form below and forward the completed form together with your nomination fee to the ATA National Office

The ATA will then send you the URL to give you access to the relevant awards On-line Submission template located on the ATA web site.

For centre nominations you will also need to download a copy of the Power Point Presentation to be delivered at the site visit. Please keep the presentation to approx 60 minutes maximum.

Once you have completed the template and submitted your application on-line, print a hard copy of your submission and forward this to the ATA National Office. Your hard copy of the submission needs to be signed off by the applicant and line management to verify that the contents of the submission are true and correct.

A separate submission is required for each category that you enter.
